Background:
Sereyroth Phang (She/Her) is a Project Assistant at Oxfam in Cambodia, dedicated to promote inclusive social protection for workers in the apparel industry. She was a fellow in the ARROW Advocacy Institute’s Cohort 2, where she focused on Sexual and Reproductive Health, and is currently part of the GFF Youth Leadership for Health Systems Strengthening Program, engaging in experiential learning in Systems Thinking, Transformative Leadership, and Adaptive Strategy.
