Background:
Director general of Chongqing Liangjiang New District KnowDeaf Social Work Service Centre, she is a Deaf woman. She collaborates with UNFPA to provide physical and mental health training for women and adolescents with disabilities in China. She is an expert on the “Workbook for Training Instructors on Promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health” and implemented the “Micro Dictionary of Sex Education in Sign Language,” produced by UNESCO and UNAIDS, as well as the “AMAZE” sex education animation. She was also a guest of honor at the UN Women 2023 event on gender-based violence, representing women with disabilities.
