Background:
I am an indigenous woman activist from the Garo community in Bangladesh, founder of Ku.Sal Marginalized Women Organization, advocating for women empowerment, human rights, land rights, SRHR, climate justice, leadership development, education, etc. I also serve as Finance Secretary for the Bangladesh Indigenous Youth Forum and Youth Leader for the UNDP Human Rights Project, Assistant Director at Studio Drama, member of Bangladesh Indigenous Women Network and represented plain-land indigenous communities at Asia-Pacific Regional Consultation on the Sixty-Eighth Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68).
