Background:
Mega is a civil engineer by education and an intersectional environmentalist by passion. She co-runs a youth-led environment coalition called ‘Harin Nepal’ as the Network and Programme Coordinator. She is a member of Global Shapers Kathmandu Hub, where she executes projects under the area of ‘Protecting the Planet’ and also facilitates holistic wellbeing as the Care and Culture Chair. She gives her services as an Environment Consultant in organizations and a Resource Person to provide climate education and mobilize community members. Currently, she is a Consultant at FRIDA The Young Feminist Fund. Mega engages herself in climate activism and advocates for building momentum for climate action, gender equality, and strengthening democracy.
