Background:
Cyresse graduated Magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines Visayas, and is a 25 under 25 Legacy Awardee of Common Purpose and an Ayala Young Leader. She is one of the representative of the Philippines to the Asia Pacific region convening ahead of the Summit of the Future in Malaysia. Cyresse leads the One Western Visayas Youth Network, a youth coalition formed during the height of the pandemic. She is also one of the mental health youth coaches of the National Youth Commission Mental Health Youth Hub. Currently, she is the Strategic Support Unit Head of Positive Youth Development Network.
